Paul Heim, an experienced professional in marketing, sales, finance, and negotiation, has found his calling as a global real estate advisor at Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Venice. Paul's journey in Venice began when he and his wife, Becky, frequently vacationed in the area while running a mobile computing software company in Akron, Ohio. During that time, he made a commitment that they would eventually settle in Venice full-time. In 2009, they fulfilled that promise by selling their company and relocating to Venice. Prior to their venture into the software industry, Paul and Becky successfully managed a home health agency with multiple offices before selling it to a public company.

As a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Paul places great importance on attention to detail and effective communication with his customers. He has earned the prestigious PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations from the National Association of REALTORS® since joining Premier Sotheby's. Outside of his work, Paul enjoys various hobbies such as flying as a private pilot, scuba diving, and participating in shooting sports as a member of Sarasota Trap, Skeet, and Clays. He is also actively involved in leadership and teaching roles within his church community. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Paul brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as a real estate professional in Venice.
